Terms & Conditions — wwwok Platform Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the wwwok website accessible at wwwok.io, including all sub-pages, services, mobile interfaces and associated features.
• "User" / "you" means any individual who accesses the Platform, whether registered or not.
• "Account" means the registered personal account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held within a User's Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free bet allocations or cashback amounts credited to an Account pursuant to a promotional offer and subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any sports bet, casino game stake, live dealer stake or any other real-money action placed by a User on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures applied by wwwok in accordance with its anti-fraud and account security obligations.
• "Effective Date" means 1 January 2026, being the date from which this version of the Terms & Conditions takes effect.

To be eligible to register for and use an Account on wwwok, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the Platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and remain 21 or older throughout your use of the Platform.
2. You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
3. You do not already hold an Account on the wwwok Platform, whether under your own name or any other identity.
4. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
5. You understand that gambling involves risk of financial loss and you are using your own funds to fund your Account.
6. You have not been self-excluded from the Platform or been subject to a suspension or permanent ban imposed by wwwok.

wwwok reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility — including government-issued photo identification and proof of address — at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

By completing registration, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, current and complete. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. The operation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods or devices — is strictly prohibited. wwwok employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts will be suspended and balances forfeited pending investigation.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. wwwok will never ask for your password by email, telephone or any other communication channel. You must notify wwwok immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

3.3 Account Information Accuracy

You are required to keep your Account information — including your registered email address, mobile number and payment details — accurate and up to date. wwwok accepts no liability for failed communications, delayed withdrawals or account issues arising from outdated or inaccurate Account information provided by the User.

3.4 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. wwwok may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 to dormant Account balances following written notification to the Account's registered email address. The dormancy fee will not reduce an Account balance below zero.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

wwwok accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). wwwok does not accept cryptocurrency, international wire transfers or any payment method not listed above.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit unless otherwise communicated to individual Users in writing. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance following successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. wwwok is not responsible for delays caused by payment provider processing times, network outages or banking system maintenance.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account number used to make the corresponding deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. wwwok aims to process withdrawal requests within one to four (1–4) hours of approval for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Card withdrawals may take up to five (5) business days depending on the issuing bank.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

wwwok operates a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to AML monitoring. wwwok reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing and request additional documentation if a transaction is flagged by our AML systems. We are committed to cooperating fully with any lawful investigation by competent authorities.

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the wwwok platform, including cricket, football, badminton, kabaddi and all other sports markets offered:

5.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet ID confirmation from the Platform. wwwok reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets that exceed our risk exposure limits or bets placed on markets subject to suspected manipulation.

5.2 Odds and Markets

All odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. In-play odds are especially volatile and may shift materially within seconds. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the final odds that apply to that wager, regardless of subsequent market movements.

5.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by wwwok in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a sufficient portion of the scheduled time having been played; the event result cannot be verified from an official source within seventy-two (72) hours of the scheduled completion time; the bet was accepted due to an obvious pricing error; or the market is suspended prior to the relevant event taking place. Void bets have their stake returned to the Account Balance.

5.4 Match Fixing and Integrity

Betting on events suspected to be subject to match fixing, spot fixing or any form of sports corruption is strictly prohibited. wwwok cooperates with relevant sports integrity bodies including those governing BPL, ICC and FIFA competitions. Accounts found to have placed bets on compromised events will be suspended and winnings from such bets will be forfeited.

The wwwok Casino section offers live dealer games, slot games, fishing games and other arcade-format titles supplied by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming and Spribe. The following conditions apply to all Casino and game activity:

6.1 Game Integrity

All casino games and slot titles offered on the wwwok Platform use certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing and roulette equipment monitored in real time. Game outcomes are determined independently of the Platform and cannot be influenced by wwwok or any individual User.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Each game has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed within the game interface before any wager is placed. wwwok reserves the right to set additional stake limits on specific games or for specific User accounts at its sole discretion.

6.3 Disconnection Policy

If your internet connection is interrupted during an active game round, the game will resume from the last verified server state upon reconnection. In the event that a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault on the Platform's side, the stake for that round will be returned to your Account Balance. wwwok accepts no liability for disconnections caused by your device, internet service provider or mobile network.

6.4 Game Provider Terms

Individual games supplied by third-party providers are subject to their respective provider terms, which may include additional restrictions on eligible players, territories and bet types. By playing any third-party game on the Platform, you agree to be bound by the applicable provider terms in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, cashback promotions and other promotional credits issued by wwwok are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. Where these Terms & Conditions conflict with the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus credits carry a wagering requirement of at least twenty (20) times the bonus amount before any withdrawal of winnings derived from the bonus can be processed. Free bet winnings (excluding the free bet stake itself) are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of five (5) times before withdrawal.

7.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus credits that are not used within thirty (30) days of being credited to your Account — or within the period specified in the promotion terms — will expire and be removed from your Account Balance automatically. Expired bonus credits cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

wwwok monitors Account activity for indicators of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to neutralise risk while satisfying wagering requirements; using multiple Accounts to claim the same offer more than once; and coordinating with other Users to exploit promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is detected, wwwok reserves the right to void all bonus balances, forfeit associated winnings and suspend or permanently close the Account.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all wwwok account holders at no charge and without any delay or waiting period:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude your Account from all Platform services. Temporary exclusions range from 24 hours to 6 months. Permanent exclusion is irreversible.
• Reality Check: Periodic pop-up reminders displaying your session duration and net win/loss position.

wwwok strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any User found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account suspended immediately and all deposits returned to the funding payment method following identity verification.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wwwok Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access game outcomes or interact with the Platform in any non-human manner.
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy service or anonymising tool for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or identity verification requirements.
• Colluding with other Users in live dealer games, poker or any other game format where collusion provides an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity theft or payment method misuse.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling or otherwise attempting to access the Platform's source code, algorithms or backend systems.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including structuring deposits to avoid AML thresholds.
• Registering an Account on behalf of another person or allowing a third party to use your Account.

All content on the wwwok Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads and software, is the property of wwwok or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The wwwok brand name, logo and associated marks are proprietary trademarks of the Platform.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit any commercial use, reproduction, redistribution, modification or creation of derivative works based on Platform content without prior written consent from wwwok.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wwwok's total liability to any User in connection with the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

wwwok shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect:

• Loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data or any other consequential or indirect loss arising from your use of the Platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party provider outages or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Technical malfunctions of your device, browser or internet connection during active play.
• Decisions made by third-party game providers regarding game outcomes, malfunctions or disputes.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits wwwok's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

wwwok collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering for an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by wwwok — including your name, date of birth, contact details and payment information — is used exclusively for the purposes of Account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming enforcement and, where you have consented, promotional communications.

wwwok does not sell, rent or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except as required by law or as necessary to deliver the Platform's services (for example, transmitting payment details to bKash, Nagad or other payment processors). 13.1 Termination by You

You may close your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method within five (5) business days, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no outstanding investigations are pending. Bonus balances are forfeited upon Account closure.

13.2 Termination by wwwok

wwwok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe; or identification of a minor using the Platform. In cases of termination for cause, any Balance held in the Account may be withheld pending investigation.

These Terms & Conditions shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — including disputes relating to their existence, validity or termination — shall be referred in the first instance to the wwwok support team at [email protected] for resolution through good-faith negotiation.

wwwok is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team within thirty (30) days of being raised, the User may pursue the dispute through whatever legal channels are available to them under applicable law.
